Dr. House and Canon 5D Mark II

We are long accustomed to the concept of "convergence" phones that are not just phones, but cameras, but also PDAs and even surfers! Laptops becoming more and more 'small and slender become something else. Now even the SLR cameras are no longer simple, but can record video!
Nothing exceptional, in short, the compact they had already used the concept of pictures & video, but the power of a DSLR are really a lot. Imagine the quality of a sensor "full frame" of optical coupled with professional, maybe all in the hands of a director professionita.
Here it is realized that this alchemy! Unbelievable but true is filmed an entire episode of the series of Dr. House with a Canon 5D Mark II and it seems that the result was really up to professional equipment designed specifically for video.
I read on Engadget.com that May 17 will broadcast the final episode of this season shot exclusively with Canon 5D Mark II. Apparently the director Greg Yaitanes enjoyed this experience!
Here is a pseudo interview done via Twitter:

@ MVRamunno : What is the difference in how it looks on a TV screen Compared to a regular room?

Greg Yaitanes: richer. shallow focus pulls the actors faces to forground [sic]

@ Oamad0101 : How many frames per second and why Canon 5D Mark II?

GY: 24p and wanted it for ease of use in tight spaces.

@ Unikissa : Ok, seriously. Can you tell us something about the lenses you used?

GY: all the Canon primes and the 24-70 and the 70-200 zoom

@ Sarabury : Did you have to change any of your working practices to fit in with Differences Between the 5D and a typical setup?

GY: some. These lenses focus was hard but with more "film-style" lenses are being made as we speak.

@ Marykir : were you using CF cards for storage or some sort of mass storage mod? Seems like you would need a lot of cards :)

GY: some 18GB card or something like that. Gave us 22 minutes of footage.

@ Drdiagnostic : How was the quality as Compared 2 the traditional chamber used in the shooting?

GY: i loved it and feel it's the future. That can give you These cameras looks

@ Klizma : How did you manage to stabilize the camera in tight spaces? Any special kind of bracket?

GY: no. Mostly Gave it a hand held feel. or on a small tripod
