I finally managed to have a stable installation and running! How did I do? Simple, installing everything from scratch. I know that after spending time, desire and patience to set things up, to start from scratch just is not the best, but it is so, otherwise the total system instability.
To install everything, just follow the guide that I made at that time for 2008 , everything remains the same except where it says you put 2009 2009 
.
There are "only" two failures to settle:
1) The problem shutdown
add "rmmod snd-hda-intel" to / etc / init.d / halt (without the "and the beginning of the file)
2) the problem of fn + F2 once the wifi off, then not start again
copy "options pciehp pciehp_force = 1" in / etc / modprobe.conf (without)
This solution seems to work for many users, but I do not work! It seems that adding the option is not enough and must do more .
For total control of the clock, fan and whatever else you can just install these two packages:
Kernel module
Poweeersave
The first package will enable the kernel module to change parameters.
The second adds a handy program to manipulate these parameters.
Obviously be careful, you could ruin the eeepc!
