The great thing about being home-made pasta is that you create your own recipes and experiment with different flour mix or use unusual ingredients.

For some time I delight to make fresh pasta made at home and I have been facing the problem of where to buy the press for the pasta! This simple but effective tool allows through the turning of a handle, to push the paste against the die and to extrude the dough into the desired shape.
It 's like a "meat grinder" manual, and without blades with interchangeable dies.
