Often working in ssh and scripting the Terminal application is the most used, although many of these are many windows open and the confusion that is generated is immediately obvious: where I ran that command? where is the connection to that particular machine?
Very often it is convenient to have multiple terminals on one screen and you should not waste time to "lay out" the whole, to do this just use the Terminator!
